Carry SlingTIP: Use a Sling Strap for Easy Carry
Carrying target stands, furring strips, targets and a staple gun down range can be cumbersome. You can make it much easier by using a Sling Strap as shown in the photo at right. The sling holds the Port-A-Stand™ and furring strips … freeing up your hands. (Click on image to view larger.)

A Nylon strap 1″ to 1.5″ wide and about 7′ long is about right. Tie an eye in the ends and pass the strap through it to create an adjustable loop that will cinch down around the Port-A-Stands™ and furring strips. You can easily carry one to three Port-A-Stands™ with furring strips in one sling. if you don't have Nylon straping, 1/2″ braided rope works, but is not as comfortable on your shoulder.

The Quality of These Stands is OutstandingThe quality of these stands, {as you know} is outstanding. I'm sure the wife and I will get many years of use out of them. With this kind of service and quality I know I'll be looking at many of your other products in the future. Thanks very much. A very happy customer. I Love the Convenience of this StandI recently purchased two of your Port-A-Stands, and it has been a great addition to my shooting experience. I love the convenience of this stand, and how it folds up to put out of the way and save space. This is exactly what I have been looking for in in my 27 years of professional service. Previously I was using PVC pipes as stands, and it was extremely tedious to set up and pull apart the pipes. The new stands definitely make things much easier. I May End Up Buying a Lot of TheseI bought 12 Port-A-Stands to use while traveling to shooting areas for winter practice and training. I am absolutely thrilled having several times used them in the first two weeks since I got them! I fold them up and put them in the trunk of my car, or truck bed and they take up little room. I drive out to BLM and Forest Service land, where target shooting is permitted, and can set up proper drills and stage arrays to practice in minutes! Far from being a gimmick as one might initially think, but instead, a truly useful, heavy duty, well designed piece of range equipment with the added benefit of portability and easy storage. Even in wind conditions, the Port-A-Stand can be instantly turned around to add support against wind, or even nailed down to the ground with typical 1/4 inch spikes! The attention to detail in manufacturing convinced me to purchase them, such as the corrosion resistant finish plating - applied AFTER all welding and cutting and also INSIDE the tube steel! Quality! I may end up buying a lot of these to use at my USPSA club for regular matches too! Written by Rob C. on Wed 23 May 2018 6:18:34 PM GMT
Can't Wait to Use It in Wyoming's OutbackYour shot show video clip was impressive enough to convince me to order the Port-A-Stand, but seeing it and handling it in person was even more impressive. As you might well imagine, I can’t wait to take the Port-A-Stand into Wyoming's outback and try it out. UniqueTek’s ingenious, sturdy, compact Port-A-Stand has increased my available selection of safe, convenient, informal shooting sites in this land of high altitudes and low multitudes by orders of magnitude. Porta Stand VWe absolutely love this target presentation system. Very stable platform holds your target upright and proud to maximize your sight picture and making confident shots, that count. We have 2 of these units, and everyone seems to ask where we got it, while at the range. Easy set up and take down and built for frequent heavy duty use, even has predrilled holes in the framework that allows for 8 inch spike nails to secure it to the ground, if you are training in windy conditions. A must have, toy to sharpen your skills. Written by Steve Phillips2JRXR on Sat 2 Dec 2017 1:35:00 AM GMT
Port-A-StandI use these stands exclusively for our every Tuesday Matches at the Prescott Gun Club. Have used them for the last 2-3 years with no problems. They have stood up well to use on concrete range floors and desert grit. Got rid of the other stands I had. They are compact and easily transported to and from the matches. I would highly recommend these stands. We use both the "V" and "H" stands. Written by Pat Kelly-HighDesertShooters on Fri 1 Sep 2017 4:53:56 PM GMT
