Thank you for your interest in UniqueTek. We do ship internationally but our web site isn't quite smart enough to deal with the added complexity of international orders. The shipping calculator also over charges for shipping and we must refund the excess shipping. This also happens with orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico! Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will process automatically, but occasionally get charged excess shipping. Any excess shipping will be refunded when we process the order. Therefore all international orders, and orders to Puerto Rico, must be processed manually. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Due to the recent changes to EU VAT requirements, all orders from customers in EU Member States must be greater than USD $200*. * Subject to change depending on currency exchange rates.

Effective January 1st 2012, all international orders shipped via USPS (including Canada) will ship via USPS Express Mail International®. We can no longer use USPS Priority Mail due to increasing problems with lost shipments and long delivery delays. USPS Express Mail International® is insured and has much better tracking.
NOTE: We do not ship partial orders on international orders. This includes orders from Canada.

* CVV2 is a 3-digit number printed on the signature stripe on the back of your card. It is an added security measure that proves you are in possession of the credit card. The credit card companies now require that we have this number for all credit card transactions. American Express cards have a 4-digit code printed on the front side of the card above the number.
