Mounts on Any Surface
Metal: Peel off the protective paper to expose the adhesive, then just press onto desired location.
Drywall: Peel off the protective paper to expose the adhesive, then press onto desired location. Drive 3/4" nails (included) into pre-drilled holed on four corners.
Wood: Use the tacks (included) in the six pre-drilled holes.*
* Thickly carpeted shelves may require longer tacks or nails (not included).
Q: Will the MagMount support Glock magazines and other magazines that have a steel liner inside a polymer jacket?
A: Due to the polymer jacket, the MagMount will have only a tenuous hold on steel lined polymer magazines, so they tend to slide off the MagMount. But, if you orient the magazine with the floor plate up, place the side of the magazine against the MagMount instead of the back, and allow the lip of the floor plate to engage the top edge of the MagMount (see photo below), it will hold much better.
